I think we all know how hard it is to get really good quality staff and to retain those good quality staff members. A service was struggling with a lot of relief educators coming through. Nothing wrong with relief educators, but just the fact that they needed to spend time training somebody up and relationships with children and all those sorts of complications and then the more complicated feelings are the feelings at the moment around how the government see educators in the education and care sector and how little we feel valued..
